WAREHOUSE WORKER
Warehouse Worker Job Summary:
We are looking for a dependable, hardworking and motivated warehouse worker to perform a variety of tasks including receiving and processing incoming materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse. We will train on job and plenty of opportunity for overtime.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist shipping and receiving unloading trucks and processing materials
- Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area
- Pulling orders for production departments that are ready to go in to production and cross checking quantities and styles in boxes to match with work orders before putting in line
- Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders, printing requests, recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed through a computer. May also assist in counting of physical inventory
- Completes deliveries by driving truck or van to and from vendors
Qualification Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Good communication, organizational, time management mathematical skills
- Inventory, equipment maintenance, data entry and computer skills
- Dependable and reliable
Physical Demands and Abilities:
- Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50 lbs occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 lbs.
- Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Occasionally required to sit or balance
